Can I create content using Adobe Captivate?

Sure!
Blackboard Learn can support SCORM content created by Adobe Captivate (among other authoring tools) in one of two ways: either via the Open Standards Content Player and the SCORM Engine.
As you upload your content, please make sure you are following the steps outlined here:
